To make a carbonated drink, the beverage must be mixed well with CO₂. The carbonated mixing machine does this: mixing is accurate, and the production capacity and the proportion of water and sugar are easy to adjust.
It consists of a vacuum tank and a carbonation tank. The mixing system blends water with syrup at the preset rate, steadily and automatically. The carbonation tank is a pressure vessel with a safety valve; a solenoid valve keeps its pressure under control.
