Parts processing
A heavy high-carbon steel base, levelled so its panels are 100% horizontal, precision-drilled, sealed with multi-layer anti-rust marine paint and clad in stainless steel. Filling valves and capping heads are machined in-house with laser cutting and CNC.

Assembly
Solid stainless-steel columns keep the washing, filling and capping sections stable. Electrics come from well-known brands such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, ABB and Grundfos, so spare parts are easy to buy locally.

Commissioning
Each machine idles for about 3 days, then runs with real bottles for at least one more day, checking bottle jams, washing, filling level and capping. Only then is it cleaned, labelled and packed for shipment.

Complete water, can and 5-gallon lines built in our own workshop with SUS304/316 contact parts and international-brand electrics.

Factory Layout Design
Once the equipment is confirmed, we draw your plant layout for free — water treatment, filling hall, packing area and finished-goods store.
Installation & Testing
Every machine is run in our workshop before shipment. On site, our technicians install and commission the line, then support your first production.
Staff Training
Your operators learn the machines with us. The equipment manual also sets out weekly, monthly, semi-annual and yearly maintenance routines.
Logistics & Storage Equipment
We pack and ship your line, and can supply the conveying and storage equipment around it — plus spare parts long after delivery.
