Machine Video
This linear PET bottle blowing machine is mainly used for water and beverage bottles. It covers speeds from 500 to 6,000 bottles per hour for various bottle shapes, with bottle volumes from 100 ml to 25 L.
It blows mineral water, juice and milk bottles and other containers made from PET or PP preforms.
The molding principle is stretch and blow. Finished preforms are put into the preform hopper, the conveyor carries them to the machine entrance and onto the track where they are heated, and the heated preforms are then sent to the blowing mold to be stretched and blown.
